Shopclues Online Shopping - Not getting refund from shopclues

I have placed a prepaid order on shopclues on *th of august,****,i.e. , refurbished nokia smart phone and then had cancelled it before ahipping. As per their policy i can claim a full refund , i have requested and asked shopclues to refund my money but till date have not got my money back
