Leafstudios - Not getting refund

I ordered Bluetooth earphones from www.leafstudios.in on ** March ****. I received my product on ** March ****. I don't like the product so I want to return it. Their return policy is for ** days after the customer received the product. I submitted the return on ** March ****. They told me to send information about the product and address so they can pick up the product. I mailed everything to them. But now from * April ****, they are not replying to my emails and no one is here to pick up the product. I want my money back.
