- Not getting Prepaid credit in my Idea Number Open

I had made one transaction on *st Dec **** to transfer prepaid credit from my Dubai-Etisalat Prepaid card# +***-********** to My Indian Idea prepaid card# +**-********** with the amount of ** AED(Rs****). Now, the issue was the amount deducted from Dubai number and they have confirmed that the money was successfully transferred to your Indian number. However, the balance is still not received on my Idea number. Hence, I request you to please check and do some need full to get my credit.
