I am Tanushree Das. I purchased DELL LAPTOP INSPIRON D******WIN*B on **th August, ****.
I already faced lots of issue after purchasing this product. Already * times servicing team change some parts of my laptop. Last month suddenly my laptop's hinge was broke and it effect the back pannel.
I contact with the support team and also share them the picture of my laptop,but they are not replaced the parts and ask for paid service.
As my laptop is still under warranty and no parts is damage from outside services so I request them to replace it but they ask for paid service .
Please look into the matter. I am very unsatisfied with the service.
