I applied for a pre approved loan for Rs. *****/- on **.*.** and accepted their Loan Agreement and MITC on **.*.**. To process a pre approved loan they take **days. They are telling that pre approved loan will disburse within ** hrs. After submititng as the amount is not credited till ** pm I raise a request to know the update status through Bajaj FinServ app. I got a replay that my loan application is rejected up on my request. I did not place any request for cancellation of this term loan. I dont know why these personal telling so. The amount is not yet credited or I did not received any replay from bajaj finserv regarding loan application rejection. I applied for this loan for meeting hospital emergency. I also got a mail spl.mailconfirmation@bajajfinser stating that confirmation of receipt of my accepted loan application agreement and says we will process the loan.
