Easemytrip and KAM airways
- Not allowed to board the airline Open
I booked a ticket from Delhi to tashkent (KAM Airways) through your website for *th July ** but was unfortunately unable to fly as the airline staff (KAM airways) did not allow us to board saying that they don't operate Delhi-Kabul-tashkent route. I asked them why they are allowing to book the route then to which they asked me to contact the website which made the booking (easemytrip.com).

Now, please help me with the below items:
*. Who is responsible for this mess up? it's either easemytrip.com or KAM airways. If the travel through DEL_KABUL_TASHKENT is not possible, then you should not be allowing people to book the tickets. There seems to be a lack of communication between easemytrip.com and KAM airways.
*. Who is going to refund the amount I paid for tickets?
*. My family(which includes * infant) and I went through a lot of trouble and harassment at airport. We did RTPCR in the morning and travelled from Srinagar to delhi (ticket also booked from your website) for this supposed journey but were stopped at airport. This has caused a lot of mental stress to my family. What is your policy to help people who went through such trouble.
