I havent added the free software "MSoffice Home & Student****" before creating invoice. After delivery I identified my mistake, and asked to add the free package which was missed in the invoice. It was very big and difficult to check the list of packages. In fact Customer sales executive Mr.Vivek.S.P. who helped me ordering the invoice also missed his duty to point the mistake. After delivery of the laptop, the customer care team has denied to install or add the free packages which were not in invoice. Kindly help to resolve this issue and install the free packages.
