Hello Team,
I booked my flight ticked from happy easy go. However, the flight got cancelled by airline and i chose to get the refund. its been ** days i have been chasing them but no one is responding nor the customer care is picking up the call.
I have mailed them, tried in their website but nothing is happening. I checked with airline they confirmed that my ticket is cancelled and i will get the refund but i have to check with happy easy go for refund as the ticket was booked from this website and not their website.
Could you please help me get my refund back. I would like to take a legal action if possible.
