Thrillophilia - none of my Thrillophilia vouchers are getting redeemed

while i was planning to travel recently, i tried to use thrillophilia voucher which i taken from my gift options points provided by organization. unfortunately none of the opitons worked. firstly you can't book anything from thrillophilia(lots of issues faced) and secondly voucher always gives invalid option if you have to redeem somewhereelse.
