Smart Mojo Desk - Nondelivery of Smart Mojo Desk after the amount is paid for 4 months

I have ordered an adjustable standing desk from OM Design And Turnkey Solution LLP(SmartMojo) by paying the full amount online which is Rs.**,***. Mojo committed that they will deliver the order within **days of purchase but I have not received any updates from them till September end. When enquired, they didn't respond to my calls or emails at all, I got to know via google reviews that they are delaying orders for everyone. Finally, they responded with a tracking number that they have dispatched the order but when received it was just the table-top but not the frame, motor, storage etc., I was checking with them to dispatch the remaining items almost every day by email but there was no response, they don't take calls too. I think they are trying to cheat the customers by dispatching only the table-top which is around **% value of the entire order and not sending the remaining items. I request the consumer forum officials to take necessary steps to dispatch the remaining items at the earliest or refund the money immediately. I also request for a penalty to be paid for showing zero empathy towards the customer, effort & time I had to spend in following up with them every single day. Looking forward to your response.
