I purchased a Panasonic AC from Gupta Vision, Manimajra. For * days no one came to install it. On, again and again, calling the customer care *th day they got it installed in the evening but the product was in a non-working state. On again and again reaching them to replace it they settled to replace it on Monday anyhow. On Monday again said to replace it on Tuesday. But after so much harassment I denied to get it replaced and the BSM of the company is also very rude now. I got the AC financed by Bajaj Finserv.
