Tripojee India Pvt Ltd - Non refund of the arbitrarily cancelled Lakshadweep cruise chargespackage

In Sep ****, while looking for LTC Samudram packages to Lakshadweep on internet for myself and my family members, I was contacted by Mr Rohit Sharma, salesperson of M/S Tripojee India Pvt Ltd, ***, Tower The Ithum Plot A**, Sector -**, Noida and he offered the trip for * persons of my family on a competitive rate. He demanded an amount of Rs *,**,*** (Rs One Lakh Thirty eight thousand only) for the trip which was transferred to the bank account of the company through internet banking on ** Oct ** from my ICICI Bank account. Immediately they confirmed the trip from ** Dec ** and informed that the boarding passes for the trip will be provided *-** days before commencement of the trip. According I got the air tickets booked for all members of my family from various places of the country so as to reach Cochin from where the tour was to start and for the return journeys after termination of the trip. The air tickets costed me approx Rs **,***.

When I contacted Mr Rohit Sharma around ** Dec ** for the boarding passes I was assured that the passes will be provided in few days, Since air tickets for some of family members was scheduled on ** Dec **, I made dozens of phone calls to Mr Rohit Sharma for the confirmation of trip and the boarding passes. Finally on ** Dec ** I was informed by him that the trip is not likely to be confirmed and I should cancel my trip and all the expenses including airfares will be borne by the company. Accordingly I cancelled all the air tickets loosing a huge amount in that. On repeated phone calls for refund of the amount, Mr Sharma kept on dilly dallying giving one date after the other.
*. Since I was to rejoin my duties, I visited their office and met Director of the company Mr Roushan Kumar and Mr Rohit Sharma and asked for the refund of the amount. After much reluctance Mr Sharma transferred an amount of Rs ***** through Phonepe and gave * post-dated cheques of Rs *****, Rs *****, Rs ***** and Rs ***** (Total amount of cheques Rs *,**,***).
*. When I submitted the first cheque to my bank after duly informing them, I was shocked to notice that the check bounced due to insufficient funds. After about a week, I deposited balance * cheques also after duly informing them. However all these * cheques were blocked for the payment by the company which confirms the malafide intent of the company. Thereafter I have been calling them time and again but to no avail.
*. Such a situation has not only caused severe mental harassment to me but also loss of face in the eyes of my family members and society
*. In view of the above, it is requested you to help me in getting my dues from this fraudulent company.
