- Non Refund of excess Maintenance Charges ^Open

I purchased a Unit, E-**** at RG Residency, sector ***, Noida . The property has been duly Registered .vide cert No IN-UP*************** dated ** March ****.
At the time of purchase the maintenance of society was taken care of by the builder itself through RG Services, pending formation of AOA (Till **st Jan ****).
I, in good faith, had paid the maintenance charges , in excess to RG services to avoid any default. The statement issued to me by RG services in ****, (attached) shows a balance due to me of around INR ***** /-. Taking into consideration amount of Rs *****/- charges up to Dec ****, the dues back to me still should be around *****/-.
RG Services have refused to refund the amount .
Newly formed AOA has expressed inability to help/adjust dues against my current charges forcing me to pay the charges to AOA w.e.f ** Han **** afresh ever since.
All my requests for refund have gone unheeded.
I have written on the subject to concerned officials of RG as well as visited the site. I have been assured that the same will be done shortly as RG has no money to pay.
I have written to Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances - Nodal Agency twice . In both cases orders were issue to builder to settle accounts which he has ignored so far.
I had filed request with RERA UP also. The reconciliation request was not responded to by Builder and RERA informed me to file complaint.
I can provide copies of all the correspondence on E Mails as well as Whats App or last * years , if so desired .
