Indigo Airlines 6E - Non Refund of Cancelled Flight Ticket

I have booked the Flight Tickets on Indigo for my brothers marriage occasion. Since the COVID** pandemic airlines have denied to refund the amount to the source account, but instead they are providing the amount in the credit shell.All the tickets are booked via credit card and I have to make the payment for the same. But in this situation it will be difficult to pay the due and look after many needs. If the amounts are refunded it would be helpful in this situation.
