- Non Refund of cancellation of Tution centre subscription ^Open

My name is Manvendra Mani Shrivastava and my
son is Arunodaya Vanden Srivastava student of class VI (CBSE).

It is intimated due to non fruit fullness of the course for my son, my transfer already planned for other city and requirement of more amount for another tab (which certainly lossed my faith in Byju and don't want to compromise now) I have taken up the matter through CG Road, Ahmedabad
tution centre for cancellation of my subscription and refund of full amount
(as cancellation is done with in ** days of orientation date) which was
initiated by them on ** Dec **** (as confirmed by telephonic call with Mr
Vikas of subject tution centre).

Even after various correspondence and a lot of calls including with the senior manager of sales department no refund has been received except Rs **/- on ** Dec **** which was personally confirmed by me by calling your helpline (even that time also no call was received from your end). On my each and every e-mail I am getting computer generated response that your representative will contact me with in ** hours. However no call was received. When I called to helping number they are also saying that they are helpless and will arrange callback from the concerned department, but not receiving any call/assistance from your end.
