- Non refund of air fare from travel agent Open
I have booked an air ticket on **th January **** through Easy Trip Planners, Building no ***, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi NCR for journey from Delhi to Hyderabad for journey on **th May **** for * pax vide their booking confirmation no EMT******** and Indigo Airline PNR no VGBI*C. The payment of Rs ***** made through debit card.
Subsequently. The flight were cancelled as per direction of GoI and the said ticket were cancelled automatically by airline on *ed May ****.
Thereafter I was trying to contact the Easy Trip through phone and I got recorded message only.
Then through one of my known sources came know that the Indigo has refunded a sum of Rs ***** to Easy Trip with remark by airline as Payment status - Completed.
Again I was trying to contact and recorded message from Easy Trip MD about non- availability of staff to attend in view of pandemic.
Then I have sent e-mail to Easy Trip requesting for refund of money in view of cancellation of flight and they got refund from Indigo.
Till date I have not received any acknowledgement nor any kind of reply from them.
Hence this mail for your kind assistance in getting refund.
