Reliance Jio Digital Services Private Limited - Non receipt of Refund amount against the cancellation of Jio Fibre Connection

I'd booked an internet connection of Reliance Jio fibre on **.**.**** in presence of Reliance Sales Officer Mr. Pradeep Mandre during the door to door campaigning at my residence in Bhopal. I'd tried to pay the amount via Phone Pe or google pay but in vain. The officer told me to transfer the amount on other contact ********** and relying on his words as a Jio Sales officer, I finally transferred the amount as suggested. After ** days, I received a mail from Jio Care that the order for Jio Fibre connection has been cancelled due to some address issues. Further, the care team informed that the amount will get refunded in *-** working days. After waiting for more than allotted period, I didn't receive the refund amount. I contacted the Sales Officer to know the status of the refund amount which he keep on telling that the amount will get transferred in a day or two. Now he has stopped taking my calls as well. While contacting the customer support, the executive confirmed the amount already been transferred back to the mode the payment received. In the end, I am clueless where the money has actually been transferred.
