The Company provides spine related solutions by using a massage machine master v* worth *.** lakhs. Promote sales by giving lectures but never tell to consult a doctor before using the machine.User Manual also provided in the sealed packet then only customer knows that for elderly people medical consultation before use.My spine damaged and I had to go a major spine surgery costing *.** lakhs. Requted Company to take back the machine and pay me but they are not listening inspire of writing to their H.O in Gurugram. Prayed to get the machine back as it is of no use and money wasted due to their fault of not intimating in lectures and customer could know only after full payment in the package of the machine
