I Have A Commercial Shipment With Aramex ( HAWB: ***********) . The Package Has Cleared Indian Customs And I Have Not Received Any Updates Even After Sending So Many Emails.
It Never Takes So Long I Want To Know If Aramex Has Lost My Package As I Have Not Been Updated By The Employees.
My Company Is Registered Under GST And Custom Are Are Around **-**% But Aramex Had The Audacity To Provide Me With Duplicate Bill Of Entry And Ask For ***% Custom Charges Even Before The Package Went Into Custom Clearance. Now There Is No Update On My Package I Am Mentally Frustrated As Nobody Wants To Help Me And My Business Has Lost A Lot Of Money, As A Student I Can't Makeup For The Money Lost.
