I booked medicines through courier from masudpur, vasantkunj branch on **/**/**@**.** hrs. It has not reached the destination - begusarai till **/**/**.
Consignment no. D***b*******
On checking the status on first flight website, it is showing despatched from delhi on **/**/**.
I have called customer care no[protected] at least *** times, but this number never works.
Called delhi no[protected] at least ** times, no response from this number either.
Called at[protected], ten times no response
Sent mail twice, no response.
I have tried calling *** different numbers from first flight website, non of them respond. this company is just pathetic and cheating customers blatantly. Government should take immediate action against this fraud company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
