Dear sir as after so many reminder mail cashe hasn't give me noc ,if noc doesn't come before ** march **** I will go to consumer court because cashe has mail me to pay Rs ***** in two part in ** feb (Rs*****)and Rs ***** before ** march **** after paying ***** in ** feb cashe has auto deduct Rs **** in * march for which my cheque has been bounced on * march.After that on ** March cashe has again mail and call me to pay Rs ***** for noc but in the same day cashe has auto deduct Rs **** from my account and not answering my phone call, after that cashe has mai me to pay rest money that also( Rs ***) I have paid on ** march.
