- Nobroker renovation team delayed design execution and no price transparency between quote to quote ^Open

I came to know about Nobroker home renovation and approached them around mid of feb, on **th Feb they visited my house we had detail discussion with their site engineer on requirements and on Feb **th i received first quote for about ****** (after **% discount), they have followed up with me hourly for **% advance payment & same day I made payment, after that they created a whatsapp group around **th Feb.Their field engineer visited again around **nd Feb (after about a week's gap from advance payment no work started yet so far), engineer took measurements. On **rd design phase started...we went through *sittings for false ceiling, Puja unit models only and the design process with Nobroker is dead slow. We have to send them regular reminders and followups messages (whatsapp message evidence attached), their team hardly responded to messages and relationship manager who was first point of contact has hardly seen responding or providing any support. After rigourous followup on *th March we had * sitting to conclude on design for living room and corridor false ceiling, Puja unit back board only (not even Puja unit), and bathroom vanity box. These items took about *week for design, on **th their design team has sent the final design document ( only with images and no proper design dimensions, well i didn't bother since dimensions doesn't matter for us as long as their technical team has access to the dimensions since they will execute on ground.Based on finalized design they shared the revised quote on **th March ( while i have descoped few line items from feb**th quote since Nobroker team was slow and i couldn't wait for them forever so i descoped tile activity and window aluminum work.
But to my surprise the **th March quote costs have been increased in terms of per sft for gypsum board, almost * times the surface area/running feet values, labor costs for few of the line items when compared to feb**th quote.
I have immediately asked them to correct the costing since our agreed upon prices from feb**th were different.
They denied and after rigorous followup they said they will workout on this and they gave revised quotation on **rd March after almost a week's delay. With **rd March quote they have fixed gypsum board cost to old quote but escalated prices for other line items.This sudden cost spike across all line items was not justifiable they gave reason they had internal MCR revision so all prices changed.
But since i got into agreement on feb**th so i should get same old costing for my project, they stopped responding to my emails and my WhatsApp messages

I lost about *and half month of time after entering into agreement with Nobroker renovation team and I lost hope and trust with them since they doesn't deliver ontime, they delay design execution, their pricing policy is not transparent and their team is not customer focus or none of the responsible person respond to our emails or messages ( whatsapp group is just for name sake)

I have got my advance payment stuck with them, which i have decided to abort this project,

I need help with my full Advance payment of *****/- refund in addition to about rental compensation from Feb**th (for about month and half) since my home I couldn't make any work progress due to the time lost with no broker design execution team.

For all the delays made by their team as a customer i cannot take burnt. Their ground team is helpless and their PMs are useless they doesn't respond properly to emails and they only push my issue to post to post.

I need my full Advance refund ***** + about a month rental ( *****/-) for the delay caused by No broker team
