NoBroker in Interiors - NoBroker Refund for Interiors Project

NoBroker interior was assigned project on the basis of initial quotation of *.* lacs for *bhk household wooden/interior works. After multiple reviews and design changes, the price increased to more than ** lacs. When detailed investigation was done by myself of multiple quotations received in between, it was found that the initial quote was missing many elements, whichNoBroker team sneakingly added in later quotations. When asked about the price breakup of elements, They denied sharing the details citing the company policies. I raised complaint for the same, and then now they stopped replying to my emails and also not refunding my initial money transferred for booking amount as per faulty initial quotation. The design team has accepted that their was mistake in the initial quotation.
