Nobroker owners plan - Nobroker Fraudsters

Fraudster Nonbroker has rejected my refund request twice in this platform Voxya.. I wanted to highlight I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my refund request. Despite no fault of mine, I find myself unfairly burdened by this issue.

Your refund team initially assured me of a partial refund when I raised concerns about service dissatisfaction, as NoBroker failed to understand and meet my requirements. During the sales call, your customer service representative promised that if the service did not meet my expectations, I could opt for a refund. Based on this assurance, I opted for a higher plan. However, I later discovered that I had been enrolled in a non-refundable plan, contrary to what was communicated.

In addition, there were multiple service issues, including the wrong plan being suggested, wasted time with repeated RM changes, and no actionable leads from Bangalore. Frustrated with this poor experience, I decided to cancel the service and requested a refund.
@ Nobroker Fraud refund and Finance team - Without knowing the background of the case dont keep rejecting my refund request for Rent & deposit matching reason.. It is nothing to do with Terms and condition.. when u people failed to provide service how can u claim that my **** belong to u.. Government to take strict action against your company for fraud and cheating customers
