Mrquirk.com - No update on my order status and no response from the company

I had made an order on **th jan **** after seeing their promotion on instagram and my money is also deducted and since then I haven’t received any sort of update from their end about my order status, even the phone number is not being responded to by them and no response on chat support or email. I think this is a fraudulent company which is duping people of their hard earned money, can we take any legal action against them and get our money back?
