I bought a PS* slim (refurbished) from boip.in on installments. So that means I paid the amount already to the seller but when the product was delivered to me it was not functioning properly. That is when I'm connecting the PS* to my HDMI ports. It was not showing anything on TV. Even I took help from the seller as well online via whatsapp call. So he told me a few tricks to reset the video settings but that didn't work. Later he said it might have problems with HDMI ports so it is better to have an AV cable which definitely gonna support it. I bought that too at my expense even though it didn't work so I asked the seller to take back the product and return my money.
So as per the seller I need to send the item on my own expense. As per him they won't follow such practices to provide return assistance like online marketplace websites do. So I packed the product properly and sent it to the specified location.
The Seller also said that I'm a fake customer. As per him if anything happened to the product then the same amount will be deducted and return will be sent accordingly to me.
So I'm quite nervous if they deliberately say that the product was not returned in good condition. etc. I wanted to lodge the complaint earlier once my money got refunded. I definitely wanna make him understand the difference between a fake and a genuine customer
so the amount of the product refunded by the seller but not the amount that I incurred on the courier. Now he is saying that he going to file a defamation case against me.
Also, the amount I quoted here include three things viz,
