Nobroker com - No services is provided or refunding the amount

When I was searching for the properties, the No broker sales team called and suggested that they provided the best services to choose the property according to my search criteria.
They have shared the payment link and I have done the payment.
Until today they cannot send one property details according to my requirement. whenever I am contacting them they say they need time and they are searching and giving dummy details which are not at all needed.
Hence, I am not satisfied with the service and requesting a refund. NoBroker team is denying the same saying it's no refunded amount.
However, I have not accepted the team and conditions before taking the plan as I have done the payment using the discounted link provided by the sales team and the team also not mentioned anything about non-refund concepts before taking the plan/service.
please take necessary action on nobroker and do needful so, that in future no more victims/fraud cases will be logged
