I have purchased a sherwani from Ajio. The sent it patiala missing so I created a exchange, the same happened next time. I booked a complaint on ** sept. **** and its been ** days no response from them nor do I get call back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
