- No replacement or refund for defective product Open
I purchased an Apple pencil ( *st Generation ) from unboxify site and the invoice number is #KL*******UN. They gave me a free delivery. After receiving It, I unwrapped it. Then I tried connecting the apple pencil to apple iPAD but unfortunately it was defective. It was not even showing anything after inserting pencil into iPAD. It was a defective product. After receiving the defective pencil, I reached out to unboxify via email as well as whatsapp for replacement but they refused my request and they told me to go to apple store for that. When I reached apple store, they checked their system with the help of the serial number of the Apple Pencil. They asked for a bill photo which I sent them. But they said that the date on your bill is not matching with the date of the original purchase of the product. They need the original purchase invoice to verify the warranty. So they said to contact unboxify and bring the original purchase invoice to update the warranty status. As unboxify gives *-** months warranty, I thought that I will be able to get the original purchase invoice and I can get the warranty through which I can get my product replaced from the store. So I contacted unboxify through WhatsApp and asked for an original purchase invoice which they sent me after *-* days. I thought that now I will be able to get this product replaced with the help of warranty. So again I contacted apple customer support and sent the new purchase invoice but unfortunately the credentials of this new invoice were still not matching with the original purchase invoice. So I couldn't get it replaced. They still needed the original purchase invoice to update the warranty status of the product. I reached out to unboxify, they said our system is showing that this is the original purchase invoice. They said we will check and revert back to you. But they didn't replied after that. It's been more than a month now, they haven't resolved this issue. I also warned them that I will be filing a police complaint against you. But still no response from them. They are not giving refund nor helping me to replace the product.
