I am writing This mail with serious disgust, anguish and with mental harrassment from EASE MY TRIP.
I have written more than ** mails and called up several times with utter waste of energy and call drops but seem to get no correct response from ease my trip towards my refund from credit shell.
Just to bring notice, On **th-**-****, I received confirmation from the airlines SPICE JET , that they have refunded the amount (****=**) which was in my credit shell. After that started a series of mail and headache for a customer like me writing several mails to ease my trip regularly. And now it has been over ** days but i have not got any refund. After several coresspondance, ultimately on **th -**-****, i did receive conformation from your office that spice jet has indeed refunded the amount in Easemy trip credit shell. However till now I have not received the refund and I am unable to utilize the credit shell, as advised by their mail. And to further harassment, when I called on **-**-****, i was told I need to contact spice jet again if i want refund.
Inspite of confirmation of refund of Rs ****-**, their executive says we have refunded Rs ****=** (which also not credited ) and then I am told that I need to contact SPICE JET AGAIN !!!!!!!.
In-spite of earlier complaining to the CEO, I am still not being refunded, which shows how seriously their customer care department works..
Seriously dejected and harassed customer. .
