I have booked the package with zapbooking through Ms. Nitunpreet and neither i received any booking details from your end nor received the refund. I did several whatsapp messages to them for the issue of refund but they have not responded. The Thailand package booked in February'** and paid Rs. *****. Email id of Nitinpreet is holidays*@zapbooking.com and mukesh is mukesh@zapbooking.com
I had booked package in Feb **** and flights got cancelled. Mr. Mukesh is not refunding the money and even not adjusting the same in future tours. Total amount due is Rs.***** and * years gone, no refund and no adjustment. Followed up with mukesh several times, initially told me to adjust in future bookings and now denying the same. I have email in which mukesh asked me to adjust the amount till Dec ****.
