Shoes On Loose Private Limited - No refund of cancellation of travel package due to national lockdown

Hello Sir,
This is regarding a travel package booked with the Travel Company Shoes on Loose (www.shoesonloose.com) before the national lockdown. Trip Starting date was of **th January, ****. Before the national lockdown was announced, I have already paid * Lakh ** Thousand rupees to the travel agency. Due to the Lockdown trip was cancelled.
After that, I asked the travel agency to refund or give a credit note of the payment they denied and asked me to reschedule my trip. They only gave the credit note of the flight tickets but this credit note is of no use to me because when i contacted the airlines for refund or rescheduling my flight they simply responded that this credit note was booked through the travel agency and they can't communicate directly to me. Shoes On loose already got my air ticket amount from Indigo Air lines but Shoes On Loose peoples are fraud and cheaters. They was not informed me.
Shoes on loose website is not opening, CEO Mohit poddar and agents contact number is not reachable, office is closed. No response on mail.
No Refund was given to me and also no credit note. Company CEO Mohit Poddar and other staff contact numbers are not reachable. Company website is not opening.
Please support me.
