Ethnicroop Com - No refund for product purchased and returned back to Ethnicroop

I have made an order of * products from ethnicroop on ** March **** with Cash on Delivery.
I received the order and I paid Rs:****/- to the delivery person on March ** ****. The order I received was not as per the description in the site ,hence I followed the Ethnicroop return policy and courierd the item on March ** **** itself.Please note that for the courier service I had to pay Rs****/-.On April *st ****, I received the update from courier company that the oreder has reached the Ethnicroop address and I confirmed the same with Ethnicroop in whtsapp also.
As per their return and refund policy the refund amount should be received in * to * days. I have not received the same yet , as of now on ** April ****.

Ethnicroop Com – Different package delivered Open
On **-**-** i ordered a dress of cost RS.**** from ethnicroop and the product was delivered on today(**-**-**). When i open the package it was completely different product from what i ordered.
