I have booked my honeymoon trip with shoes on loose company. I have paid *,**,*** rupees in two instalments. Flight tickets were booked by them as well. Later on international travel was banned due to corona pandemic. I have followed up with them continuously for a long time but I did not get any resolution. They have asked me to cancel the flight which they have booked, I tried to do that as well but no money was refunded to me. They have stopped picking up calls, replying to emails/whatsapp as well.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
