I couldn't avail my travel from Pune (PNQ) to Bengaluru(BLR) on **th Apr ****, due to nation-wide curfew and lockdown. As per GoAir's policy my PNR was "protected", and I was asked to change the booking to a future date. While changing my booking on the web or app, I'm told to call the customer care, because I also need to change the sector.
My requirement now is to travel from Ranchi (IXR) to Bengaluru (BLR) on **th Dec ****. But with GoAir's customer support not answering my phone, or their feedback e-mail not writing back, or the nodal officer not taking action, and with passage of time, the fares are increasing, and tickets are getting sold out. Neither is GoAir refunding, nor are they answering my request to change my booking.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
