No RC issed till date even after * months of bike purchase, not even submit the RC file to RTO office till date. I have purchased one activa from rahul honda karnal and requested them for rhe registration no of hisar city in haryana, they agreed and tell me RC will be issued within **-** days but till now they have not submitted the file to RTO office, i m in continuous follow up with one employee of them he always ask me for *-* days, next week confirm, i'll personally visit rto office and many more comments but no results. you are requested to take strict action against the dealer.
