A.VISHWAROOPAM filed complaint against SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE on Apr 11, 2019
I have approached Samsung authorised service centre "A.Q.TECHNO SERVICE" located at Ramanthapur, Hyderabad ( centre ph.no: **********) for solving the washing machine spin (drier) problem. My complaint no. *****. They sent the technician name Mr Javeed on **/**/****. They changed new parts spin motor and spin pulley and charged Rs. ****/ and mentioned on the bill that spare parts warranty for * months, but the motor problem again started on **/**/**** (before * months of warranty) again we complained and no. is *****. Simply they are sending technicians, he is not solving the problem and he is telling as will send another technician. * technicians came but still, my machine problem is not solved. Manager Mr Ahmed is not lifting my call and no call back from him. (His ph.no: **********). I got mentally suffered on their reaction and request you to let them solve my washing machine problem or let them return my money Rs.****/. I will approach another service centre to solve my machine problem.
