Ananthapuri Hospital & Research Institute - No Proper care for students studying in the Hospital

Ananthapuri Hospital & Research Institute Trivandrum. My relative studying as an anaesthesia and operation theatre techniques in the hospital had few incidents that went through there. That should never ever happen in a hospital environment.
*: A main task of the hospital and their authorities is to have the students safeguard in all aspects.
My relative was not informed that the operation that they are looking after is of an HIV patient.
They just without any information made the students handle the case with their presence.
The furthermost problem was they have not instructed the students to wear gloves while handling the patients. Most students had blood being splashed in their hands. Will the hospital take responsibility for it if anything happens to the students. What sort of teaching is this? They are ridiculous.
*: The lift operator is misbehaving with the students touching them and kissing them.
Students fearing that they will be discontinued and will have bad character resemblance on others fear and hide which the life operator takes advantage of. What sort of study environment is this?
I would be happy and glad if any action is taken on the authorities so that no such students get affected.
