I had ordered two dresses from their online site https://www.theshopperclubs.com/ on * October ****. My payment was completed through GPay and I received the entire payment receipt through my bank and GPay for the same. I then tried to track my order on the site and it showed that my order had been cancelled. I didn't receive any payment confirmation e-mail or messages from their site. When I enquired about the situation repeatedly, there was no response from them. I had emailed them four times and tried to contact the number to which the payment was sent and it said that all incoming calls to this number were blocked. Basically, I lost Rs.*** and I am receiving no support from the Brand to resolve the issue.
Being a self-financing student, Rs.*** is a huge sum for me. Also due to the festive season coming up, I don't really have many options to explore through various sites or spend a great deal of money.
