Eversassys - No order details no website and payment deducted

I have order from this pathetic company which post their ad on instagram and order a pair of shoes. My money was deducted and the merchant site was cashfree.com. I have emailed so many times to both the support email of eversassys amd cashfree but only cashfree gave a response that we dont have the visibility please check with eversassys site. That site is not even working and i have no idea about my order
