I ordered a battery for my K** Pro from your website. The image displayed on your site showed the original K** Pro battery. However, when I received the package and opened it, I found a battery from a different company. I have recorded a video while unboxing the package to verify this.
I am dissatisfied with the product as it is not the original battery that was advertised. Additionally, there is no option for a return on your website. I followed the steps to check the refund page, but I could not find any option for a refund. Despite my attempts to contact you through both email and phone, I have not received any response.
