Rooi - No internet No service

Hello, I have many problems ... first, I ask for new connection and they said take * months plan for testing then pay rest money for ** months plan and same * months plan will extend to ** months plan... but after * months they said it’s not possible like this. Second, keep getting remote server error every *-* days and sometimes serval times In a day. All lights are on in router and I complain every time to CC but just one answer I am getting “it won’t happen again and it will resolve as soon as possible”... complained more than ** times in last * month but still not getting permanent solution. No one comes to home for solving this every engineer is solving this problem from online only so I can’t talking with them about this everyday problem. Third, everyday between **am to *-*pm means everyday *-* hours internet not works. Can’t do Internet surfing or anything in this time. It doesn’t show any error but everyday I can’t use internet in this time. I complained for the same but no one Is resolving. It’s been * and half months I bought connection but no service no internet and no solution I got... I said Disconnect connection and give me money back but no one is answering me anything. it’s totally wasted money to buy GTPL Broadband... after many troubles I complained here hope I will get solution about my problems ...
