I had booked tickets from www.travolook.in site for travel from Mumbai to Delhi but flight got cancelled. Since than It has been a pathetic experience with regards to refund. It's more than * months I haven't received my refund. I had spoken more than ** times for refund with fake promises.

First time when i had spoken with your executive it was informed that as per refund policy it will take **-** days, whereas same is nowhere mentioned on your website. Despite continuous follow ups only fake promises received from your end.

It's a mental harassment, I request them to refund the said amount along with compensation for giving false information and promise.
