Trendy Western - No delivery

I ordered clothes on **th Sept through order #TW****. Full amount was paid by debit card. Delivery Executive came with package and did not handover package saying that order is COD. Their website was not updating status as paid inspite of order being paid. Later order status changed to paid but again delivery boy came and asked for money to release the package.
Now I don't have the Goods nor my money. Numerous emails have been sent but they don't respond. Even on facebook they don't respond. Seems a fake website and soon owner will be behind bars as I am going for police complaint.
