I had order a air cooler on **th **** may and the delivery date was *th june ****. I was continuously tracking the order and it was reached at Delhivery (Currier partner) delhi okhla hub on *st of june after that i wait till *th of june but they did not deliver my product even the did not update me. I called flipkart at *th june and asked to them so they told me it would be deliver tomorrow or day after tomorrow and your issue would be resolve at *th june. I asked them to cancel my order as well but they denied for that also. I don't know what should i do now.
Now they are saying issue would be resolve on **th june but still no promise for product delivery.
