Sir,
I have placed order for Samsung Ear Headphone on **th Feb **** vide order ID No.******_************** I have paid through Paytm on **th Feb **** vide Wallet Ref No.***********. I have not yet received the status of delivery either through SMS or email. I have sent email for knowing the status at'info@oneninemall.com' but no response so far. Please take action against the eCommerce company to get my consignment or refund the money.
