Hyundai cars - New Hyundai Car Engine Block Broken

I bought Hyundai i** car in October **** from punjab hyundai showroom at the gandhinagar location.
Car was working fine till *th July ****.
On *th July **** I was driving my car with the speed of around **-** km/h. Suddenly I heard the sound from the bonnet part of a car and car stopped.
When I got out of my car and checked, I found that the entire oil was on the road.
Immediate I called hyundai india on road assist, After talking to them for * hours they agreed to send someone for help.
They brought my car to the near by service centre.
After analysing the issue they have found that one part of engine is broken. That part is called is an engine block.
Now As the car is only * months older and they are asking to to change something from the engine.
I didn't agree with them and asked to replace me the car.
But they are not at all agree with that.
I tried to contact hyundai from the email and also using the their twitter handle.
But no response is recieved. It's been ** days I am without my car.
Everyone knows that car is a critical part and no one want to change any part from the engine. Please help me.
