Indane Gas, Iocl - New connection not allotted despite of making payment

I have applied for new gas connection from Indane gas through website on *rd June ****.After all the required verification I got an email from Indane to make the payment so I made the payment on *th June ****. I got payment confirmation mail as well and sv got released on **th June ****. But when I contacted dealer Garhpura Indane Gramin Vitrak they said that payment did not credited in his business account so he can't release connection. Issue has been raised through website complaint corner several times but every time I got the remarks pls contact distributor. Finally I got in touch with field officer Hari Om Manhar but one month gone past he could not resolve it. I have raised this issue on Twitter platform tagging all concern authority but no one resolved this. They give me a number to get resolution but there is no response after hundreds of calls. I feel like cheated and mentally harassed from last one and half month.
