I ordered a product on **th of Aug which was delivered to me on *rd of Sept. I filed for an exchange due to size issues and the order was picked up on *th Sept and the company received the same on *th Sept.
Upon asking about the delivery date of the exchanged product, the customer support replied over the email they will update me once they receive the product. But they didn't. I followed up with them *-* times over the mail but there was no response. You can check the attached email proof.
I finally messaged them on Instagram on **th Sept and they replied saying they will update me soon. Even after * days when I received no revert, I asked again but they kept saying they will update me. Finally, on **nd Sept they replied saying that the order will be delivered in ** days. I asked for a refund since the product was of no use to me. I ordered it for my bday (**th Sept), keeping their delivery timeline in mind but because of their operational negligence, they couldn't deliver the product and stopped replying too. I asked them on Instagram for a refund but they said they only issue store credit. Upon asking for their manager's number or customer care phone number, they suddenly issued a store credit when I did not even ask for it.
After a lot of pestering about the refund, they replied on **nd Sept that their founder will speak with me. But as expected, no one contacted me. Please find the Instagram chats attached as well.
This company has extremely poor customer service and they keep customers' money without giving any updates. There's no address or a phone number for redressal. After much grilling, they finally revealed their address (Sector **, Noida J-*).
I filed a complaint against the brand on **th Sept after which they finally called me, saying sorry for everything. I asked for a refund and they said ok. After that, I got an email from the customer service team on the same day asking for bank account details. After * days I emailed them asking for the timeline of refund processing but never got a revert from them. I called on the same number that I got the call from and the customer support person (Namrata) said that she will revert to the mail. The mail revert was 'the refund will be processed asap'. Upon asking for a definite timeline, I again got no revert. I had to finally call Namrata again on *th Oct (who blocked my number btw). I got through to her via WhatsApp where she said she can't do anything more.
This company has not just cost me **** INR but also my mental peace. I have never seen such poor cusomer service in my life.
