I have purchased ** MBPS plan from Tikona but I am getting *-** MBPS since starting. I have logged several tickets with Tikona but they are unable to resolve issue. Problem reoccurs after *-* days. I have reported this issue to tikona within * days of purchase but neither they resolve issue or process refund stating they are unable to provide service as expected. It's really hectic to call their customer service as they keep me on call for almost around * hour but they never fix anything. Even their field engineers act same like customer service. Rather than checking their RF devices they simply sit at my home and call their boss to fix it. Its complete mess. It's been *.* months now but they are not doing anything.
